The guest table

Our chef Eric offers a Périgord menu throughout the seasons, as well as 2 truffle menus, one with Périgord truffle, the other with summer truffle.

His cuisine is authentic, generous and respects the qualities of the truffle through simple and tasty dishes.

Truffles cannot withstand high temperatures or prolonged cooking, which is why our preparations are cooked either in a bain-marie, by steam, or at low temperatures.

The truffle is often even incorporated at the last moment in order to preserve all its taste and olfactory qualities.

Succumb to indulgence and finish with a sweet touch with a dessert concocted by chef Laetitia. We produce in-house and make it a point of honor to work with local products offered by the beautiful Périgord region.

Each menu consists of a starter, main course, cheese and dessert.

The Mérigots truffière is only 14km from the A89 motorway exit (No. 17).

Access : From exit No. 17, take direction Thenon. In Thenon, turn right towards Brouchaud, Gabillou, follow this direction and after the motorway bridge then the railway bridge under which you pass, turn the first left towards Brouchaud, Gabillou. You arrive at a crow's foot with Gabillou straight ahead and Brouchaud on the left: you must follow Brouchaud, go 300m then turn towards Gabillou. You then see the fence which encloses the truffle farm and the entrance is in this extension.
