The entire property is non-smoking. However, you will find a few ashtrays away from the buildings and the truffle pit. We love animals but for the sake of cohabitation with our working dog, we cannot accommodate others.

 

Home :

• Arrival between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We must be notified in the event of arrival after this time slot.  In order to respect the tranquility of the place, arrivals cannot be made after 9:30 p.m.

• Release of the chalet by 10:30 a.m.

• Breakfast served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (optional for a fee)

 

Reservation:

• Reservations are made via the reservation form on the website, by email or by telephone. The reservation will be final after receipt of the deposit of 50% of the total amount. Payment can be made by bank transfer, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) valid on the end date of the stay or checks.

• The deposit must be received by us before the start of the stay, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

• Payment of the balance of the stay 3 weeks before your arrival.

• In the event of exceeding the number of people indicated when booking (including babies) and/or non-compliance with age, we reserve the right to refuse access to our guest house and apply our general conditions of sale.

 

Payment methods :

• By bank transfer, cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa), checks.

•We do not take holiday vouchers

 

Cancelation :

• Non-refundable deposit

• Cancellation in cases of force majeure (serious accident, death)

• Any stay started is due in full.

• Any cancellation must be communicated by email.

• If the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, the reservation becomes void and the service provider can use its guest rooms. The deposit remains with the service provider who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
